INTERNET - WEEK 10 & 11 :)

Assalamualaikum.. Today i will talk about what i have learnt in week 10 n 11.. Firstly about web 2.0.. actually everyday we are using that web.. but we dont know what type of web we are using. web 2.0 have two categories which are mashups and aggregators. Various type of usage such as facebook, blogger or yahoo mail.. using web 2.0 we can make a business, communicate with people who stay far from us and many more.. we also can make some discussion using this web 2.0.. 

INTERNET,, from what we already know.. internet is the global information system and the largest network that allowed us to connect or interact with another people or make organization to all over the world.. Too many importance of internet,, my opinion regarding importance of internet is

To find information or news

To communicate with people far away or make a business

To attach file or give information to people

To increase our knowledge and so on..

What is World wide web ? that is also known as web. The importance of web is we can share our information or promotes our organization.Once you have your Internet connection, then you need special software called a browser to access the Web. Web browsers are used to connect you to remote computers, open and transfer files, display text and images. Example of the web browser is google chrome or mozilla...Web servers are computers that deliver (serves up) Web pages. Every Web server has an IP address and possibly a domain name.

WEB APPLICATION - WEEK 9

Assalamualaikum.. now im at week 9 for this subject, i have to develop simple web applications for managing information and other resources using available tools. For this topic, miss Nisha asked us to make assignment in group. We have to make a websites. The type of websites is depends on that group want to do about what. My group is making about World Language Club. Its quite difficult to edit the websites. Totally different with blog. Besides making websites, in this lesson, there are two types of websites which are  STATIC WEB PAGES AND DYNAMICS WEB PAGES. Example of social sites is such as facebook, twitter, yahoo messenger and so on.Have you heard about google app ? there are many function of google application and infrastructure such as calendar,map,translate,image and many more.. We need to explore by ourselves to learn more about google. this is the exampe of google application for MAP.

IS DEVELOPMENT METHODHOLOGIES- WEEK 8 :)

Assalamualaikum. In this week, i learnt about Information System Development Methodhologies. I learnt what meaning of that. Besides that, There are many different methodologies used in systems development 
A methodology is a collection of:
•Procedures
•Tools
•Documentation aids

 THREE OF THAT COLLECTION WILL HELP THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPERS TO                IMPLEMENT A NEW INFORMATION SYSTEM.

The reason of why using methodhology is to make the analysis and design process become more accessible to non-expert and another one is to introduce structure ito design and make it more manageable.

Other than that, i also learnt about gane and sarson (stradis). That is for system analysis and design at late 1970`s. Another one is Jackson System Development. JSD are about features of the system to be built. JSD were widely used in the 1970's and 1980's in Great Britain and in Sweden. JSD is a method of system development that covers the software life cycle either directly or, by providing a framework into which more specialized techniques can fit. The last lesson for this week is about what is prototype and when we should use that.

BIBLIOGRRAPHY - WEEK 7 :)

Assalamualaikum.. based on picture below, i learnt how make bibliography using microsoft word. Just fill in the form that already prepared by system. Usually we can see this at the publisher of every book, magazine of newspaper.

besides that, I also learnt about information system which are at different part. there are function and role of CBIS. These part usually using in business. In this lesson, miss elaborated about each of type of IS. Their own meaning and function such as definition of Management Information System (MIS) is is an integrated collection of people, procedures, databases and devices that provides managers and decision makers with information to help achieve organizational goals. There are a lot of characteristics of each type of IS. their future, function and scenario of each type of IS.
